The problem of a pulled groin is quite common among people who actively participate in various sports and activities. Usually, a pulled groin manifests itself in the form of extreme pain in the thighs and inner thigh muscles. Improper stretching, over stretching, and sudden impact on the groin muscles can lead to the problem of a pulled groin. There are six main muscles which stretch from the inner thigh to the inner pelvic region and assist the body in different movements of the hip joint and legs.
